Would you like to improve the quality of the photos you take? Do you often get some great shots but it’s a bit hit and miss and you don’t know why? Have you recently bought a camera (or had one for ages) but do not know how to use it? Do you want to learn how to use your DSLR? Yes? Then you’ve come to the right place. Learning photography is a lifelong process but with 1-2-1  photography lessons, you will quickly make the most of your camera, learn basic to advanced techniques, and become a better photographer.

We all want to take brilliant photographs but we don’t always have the time to spend hours reading confusing manuals or grappling with technical jargon. With 1-2-1 photography lessons you can learn how to use your DSLR and take your photography skills to a whole new level by focusing on the areas that matter most to you. My aim is that you walk away from our session(s) having discovered new settings and techniques and know how to use them in everyday or workplace situations.

Contact me for more information or if you’d like to book your one-to-one lesson(s) today. I occasionally offer group workshops/classes in the iconic Bristol Harbourside and elsewhere around the city. Please see my Facebook page for updates and register your interest via my contact form

Lesson Info

My 1-2-1 sessions are approximately 2 hours long and completely led by my clients so you set the agenda! For some this might mean focussing on the technical aspects of photography to help improve their camera skills e.g. getting to grips with dials and settings or understanding the relationship between aperture, shutter speed and ISO; while others are interested in aesthetic techniques to assist their composition e.g working with natural light and interacting with subjects for authenticity. If this sounds like what you are looking for I offer a number of learning options:

One off session(s): £70 | Block of 3 sessions: £175 (3rd session half price) | Block of 5 sessions: £280 (5th session free)
