Mark and Jenny Wedding Westbury on Trym, Bristol

Enter Jenny and Mark….They planned this quaint village-style wedding so beautifully, with so many do-it-yourself touches generously laboured over by talented friends and family. I was blown away by one of Jenny’s friends vintage style floristry skills – beautifully matched by Jenny’s choice of fit-and-flare wedding dress. So the day started at Jenny’s family home and the couple married just around the corner at St Mary’s Church in Stoke Bishop, Bristol. We then moved onto Westbury on Trym Village Hall where we initially escaped to find some quiet time in a nearby community garden for the bride and groom photographs. We found some long grass and meadow flowers to stroll around and sit in (Jenny sat on my bag so no wedding dress tears or marks were reported!) Not stopping for long we joined the guests at the hall where Jenny and Mark had laid out so many toys and dressing up outfits for the kids to play with – where to start – so much to photograph!! The day and evening was very relaxed – I mean really relaxed! This is what it’s all about – eating, drinking, smiling faces, immense laughter and being around those you hold close. It wasn’t hard to see just how much this couple are loved. It doesn’t get better than this does it. Congratulations guys, it was brilliant.

We cannot thank Catherine enough for the quality of our wedding photos! We are so delighted with them. She has completely captured the spirit of our special day. She was also a total joy to have around – we actually enjoyed having our photos taken, which is a feat in itself!! Thank you so much for all your hard work Catherine. You are so talented. We are thrilled with the result.
